Located in Pittsburgh, PA, this full-time role involves leading a data analytics team to support business objectives. 
The role requires experience with data analytics, business intelligence, and data management technologies. 
The position demands strong leadership and communication skills to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the analytics team in developing and implementing data systems.
Ensure analytics deliverables are automated and accurate.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across the business.
Support executives in making strategic, data-driven decisions.
Mentor team members to enhance their professional skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in a related field; a Master''s degree is preferred.
10 years of experience in data analytics or data warehousing.
5 years of management experience at the Manager level or above.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
