Position Overview
The Growth Marketing Operations team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for our media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple our services, including: TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One.
We are seeking a self-motivated and curious person who will be responsible for driving and performing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. They will work cross functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to multi-channel customer communications for Services, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of services and products.
This position will work cross-functionally to identify gaps and pain points with, and to help to improve, the technology used to develop and execute customer notifications for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives.
As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization.

Key Qualifications

- High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.

Responsibilities
- Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling.
- Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
- Fostering relationships with stakeholders to help inform and influence the direction of platform development and feature prioritizations.
- Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
- Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
