StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a visionary Senior Salesforce Developer to architect and refine sophisticated digital solutions within a high-stakes financial ecosystem. In this role, you will transcend basic coding to become a pivotal force in streamlining complex business operations, ensuring that every deployment enhances organizational agility and technical integrity.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and deploy customized Salesforce frameworks designed to facilitate intricate, high-volume business workflows.

  • Engineer robust Apex code and sophisticated Flows, ensuring all declarative and programmatic solutions meet rigorous technical standards.

  • Sync with multidisciplinary stakeholders to translate abstract business needs into scalable, high-performance system architectures.

  • Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression cycles to guarantee flawless system functionality and data reliability.

  • Manage the development lifecycle utilizing modern DevOps tools like GitLab and VS Code for seamless version control and code integrity.

  • Fortify enterprise-level banking platforms by maintaining a secure, optimized, and high-availability Salesforce environment.


What You Bring

  • Proven Expertise: Over three years of dedicated Salesforce development experience, specifically within expansive, complex enterprise landscapes.

  • Sector Knowledge: At least three years of experience navigating the unique regulatory and technical requirements of the banking or financial services sector.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Apex, Validation Rules, and advanced Flow orchestration, alongside a mastery of declarative configuration.

  • Toolchain Proficiency: Direct experience utilizing GitLab and VS Code for professional-grade software versioning and development.

  • Quality Focus: A track record of conducting thorough UAT and regression testing to maintain elite system performance.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills paired with the analytical prowess to solve problems in a high-pressure, "hybrid-model" professional setting in the Greater Buffalo area.

  • Bonus Asset: Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is highly regarded.
