Job Description
We are seeking a QA Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, test strategy, and quality metrics and a proven ability to own test execution, improve processes, and drive defect resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.
- Reproduce, document, triage, and track bugs to resolution with engineering partners.
- Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Support QA leads in defining test strategy and creating test plans.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress.
- Conduct product audits with QA lead guidance to analyze and improve test coverage.
- Conduct bug audits with QA lead guidance to identify product areas for improvement.
- Provide release readiness support for medium and small features.
- Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features.
- Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads.
- Collaborate onsite with engineering and QA teams to ensure product rigor.
- Support stealth projects with diligent, discreet execution.
- Run and lead benchmarking, battery, and performance testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test plans.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics is a plus.
- Comfort working onsite and engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating QA dashboards and defining quality KPIs.
- Background in performance, battery, or benchmarking test design.
