Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Database Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Lead architecture and technical design for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, coordinating across onshore and offshore Scrum teams, Product Owners, and enterprise application architects.
Define Salesforce architecture, data models, security and sharing structures, integration patterns, and scalable application designs while addressing large data volumes and platform limitations.
Provide strategic technical guidance for Salesforce development, production fixes, code quality, and integration solutions. Establish architectural standards and oversee implementation using established development and deployment practices.
Prepare and present architecture diagrams, technical roadmaps, design specifications, and architecture decision records while communicating recommendations to stakeholders and executive audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead, supporting complex and highly customized enterprise environments.
Technical Skills:
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Salesforce Data Model, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Git and CI/CD
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise CRM environments involving sales management, customer service operations, customer relationship management, and integrated business workflows.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting business operations.
Experience defining enterprise CRM architecture, data governance, access controls, integration strategies, and scalable application solutions across complex and highly customized environments.
Experience coordinating Salesforce architecture and delivery across distributed development teams, product owners, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders while communicating technical decisions to executive leadership.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, headless CRM, or enterprise CRM implementations within financial services or insurance environments.
Experience with architecture frameworks, technical roadmaps, design documentation, Git-based source control, CI/CD practices, and executive-level technical presentations.
