Job Title: Sales Force Tester
Location: San Francisco, CA (100% On-site)

Position Overview
We are looking for a Lead Sales Force Tester to support a critical project in the Electric Utility domain in San Francisco, CA.
This role focuses on developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for Salesforce modules and integrated reporting systems.
The ideal candidate is a testing lead with deep knowledge of functional, regression, and E2E methodologies, with exposure to Tosca automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Test Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
* Domain Alignment: Validate user expectations within the electric domain and review requirements for testability.
* Multi-Layer Testing: Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, including API validation.
* Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or QC; perform root cause analysis and triaging.
* Automation Exposure: Contribute to automation initiatives and workflow validation using Tosca where applicable.
* Lead & Mentor: Lead a testing team and coordinate with third-party vendors and offshore units to execute test cycles.
Required Qualifications
* Experience: 8+ years in IT Testing with a focus on Salesforce Lead roles.
* Core Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules and various testing methodologies (E2E, Regression).
* Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience within the Electric Utility domain.
* Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of Jira, QC, Client ALM, and exposure to Tosca automation.
* Time Zone: Candidate must be located in or work within the PST time zone.
* Education: BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
