Position: Data Scientist

Note: Candidates must be genuine Data Scientists with demonstrated hands-on experience in modelling, optimisation, and production deployment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a true Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in statistical modelling, optimisation, and production-grade machine learning solutions. This role requires both analytical depth and the ability to deploy models into production environments.

Must-Have Skills:

Causal modelling / causal inference
Optimisation experience (operations research, mathematical optimisation, or related techniques)
Production ML skills (model deployment, monitoring, and scalable production systems)
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis
Ability to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders

Preferred:

Experience working with large-scale retail, e-commerce, or consumer data
Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms and MLOps practices
