Business analyst foundation: requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
Reporting & analytics: strong Power BI skills (modeling concepts, measures, visuals, publishing) and ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear metrics and dashboards.
Data skills: experience with Dataverse tables, data quality practices, and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric concepts (warehouse/lakehouse, pipelines/refresh, semantic models) plus strong Excel skills.
Ways of working: high attention to detail, strong written communication, ability to lead in an assistive capacity across teams, and comfort using Copilot Analyst to accelerate (with validation). Project management experience preferred (work-backs, dependencies, risks).
Soft skills & executive readiness: self-starter who can work independently, lead meetings, build strong relationships with leaders, and present clearly to team members and leadership.
