Field Marketing and Event Specialist

Job Title: Field Marketing Event and Communication Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 11+ month contract

Qualifications
•BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration7+ years of experience in direct marketing, communications or field marketing.
•Open to candidates across the US, remote teleworker role.
•Experience in field marketing, event coordination, marketing communications, or a related role, preferably within B2B technology.
•Demonstrated ability to coordinate events and manage multiple projects, vendors, stakeholders, and deadlines.
•Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content for a sales audience.
•Experience maintaining SharePoint sites or similar internal content platforms.
•Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
•Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
•Willingness to travel and provide onsite event support as required.
