Koniag Emerging Technologies is hiring a .NET Developer position with our company, working at our customer's site in Washington, DC. We are seeking a talented .NET Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using the .NET technology. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions using the .NET technology (Framework and/or CORE)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions
  • Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
  • Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in software development including AI development
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Experience with Git, Visual Studio and/or source control management (Azure/DevOps)

Preferred skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET development
  • Experience using AI for development, regression testing, etc.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with Web Forms, MVC and CORE
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2026+
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience with Web Services (API)
  • Experience with ADO.NET or Entity Framework
  • Experience with Angular is a plus
  • HR Industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Clearance Requirement:
  • Secret Security clearance
