SAP Project Manager
Location: Ramona, CA, Hybrid, Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP data migration projects, ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience with SAP BDC, SAP Datasphere, and Snowflake, SAP BW, along with proven project management capabilities to lead end-to-end migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP data migration projects.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning.
Drive end-to-end implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
Ensure data integrity, validation, reconciliation, and governance during migration.
Oversee integration between SAP BDC, SAP Datasphere, and Snowflake platforms.
Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure best practices in data modeling, transformation, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP Project Management.
Strong experience in SAP Data Migration projects.
Hands-on experience with:
o SAP BDC (Batch Data Communication)
o SAP Datasphere
o Snowflake
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Experience with data validation, data cleansing, and reconciliation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification (preferred).
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
Experience in S/4HANA environments is a plus.
Exposure to cloud data platforms and analytics solutions.
