What you'll be doing
As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be delivering healthcare data solutions leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, Data Lakes, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Technology Delivery, or Healthcare Transformation roles.
Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Risk Adjustment, Healthcare Analytics, or Healthcare Data initiatives.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs involving:
o Diagnosis Capture
o Encounter Data Management
o Provider Engagement
o HCC Optimization
o RAF Score Improvement
o Quality Reporting
o Regulatory Compliance
Deep understanding of:
o Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment
o HCC Coding Methodologies
o RAF Scoring Models
o Chart Review Programs
o Clinical Documentation Improvement
o Risk Adjustment Operations
Strong experience using Azure DevOps for Agile planning, backlog management, release management, and delivery tracking.
Experience delivering healthcare data solutions leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, Data Lakes, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of:
o Data Governance
o Data Quality
o Data Integration
o Data Ingestion
o Data Extract Processes
o Healthcare Data Management
Knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements related to Risk Adjustment.
Proven ability to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
