Support Engineer

Role: SR Support Engineer

Location: Iselin, NJ 08830 2-3 days/week  3 shifts: 8:30-5pm, 11am-7pm, 7am-3pm (rotate monthly, 10% weekend work)

Duration: 6+ months 

Client: Mizuho Bank 

Rate: $70/hr C2C 

VISA: (Can submit people from trusted and verified third parties.) 

Local candidates strongly preferred, possible f-f for final round : 2 video interviews

Job Description:

• Support Engineer with 10+ years of overall experience in financial services and technology domains.
• Proven expertise in Collateral Management (COLLINE) strong technical proficiency in Unix, Shell scripting, and SQL.
• Highly skilled and expert in all technical aspects of Colline application (System setup, Vendor Vermeg Third-Party Agent, Third-Party Custodian, Databases and SWIFT/AcadiaSoft connectivity) , user support.
• Good to have prior experience on Global one, FIS Phase 3 vendor applications.
• Unix & Shell Scripting: Hands-on expertise in developing, testing, and deploying scripts for automation and release management.
• Experienced with Tidal jobs for batch monitoring.
• Experienced in change management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality Production support in complex banking environments.
• Experienced in coordinating Disaster Recovery Exercise.
• Providing L1/L2 support coverage.
• Resolving user Inquiries and handling Production Incidents, Root cause Analysis, Incident Mgmt.
• Experienced with Sql, ETL ,Linux, Windows
• User access reviews, Audit reviews, IDM reviews, User access setup.
• Help in coordinating/Managing DR flips

Education:  Bachelor in Computer Science, Information systems or similar field.
