Job Summary

• Enterprise-scale Quality Engineering and Test Leadership experience across large transformation programs.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to effectively engage Directors, Tower Leads, Senior Managers, and business leaders. This role will operate as a peer to Manager and Senior Manager-level leaders.
• Proven experience developing testing strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs, and quality roadmaps.
• Deep expertise in modern quality practices, including Quality Engineering, Test Automation, DevOps integration, continuous testing, and shift-left methodologies.
• Experience leading and influencing large cross-functional teams spanning business, IT, system integrators, and AMS providers.
• Practical application of AI and GenAI within Quality Engineering, including intelligent test generation, automated test maintenance, test optimization, defect prediction, risk-based testing, synthetic test data generation, and AI-assisted quality insights.
• Experience operating at the transformation-program level, where quality is viewed as a business enabler rather than solely a testing function.
• Consulting or advisory experience with the ability to challenge conventional approaches, provide industry perspective, and influence executive decision-making.
• Strong quality thought leadership, including the ability to articulate testing strategies, methodologies, and how AI can enhance quality processes and outcomes.
