What You ll Bring to the Role
8-12 years experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a large, complex enterprise environment, preferably within technology enabled platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of parallel initiatives without losing attention to detail.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Experience creating and maintaining project tracking artifacts, dashboards, and reporting that provide meaningful insight into delivery progress.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex activity into concise executive level messaging.
Comfort using project and workflow management tooling (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana) to manage intake, tracking, and reporting.
Strongly Preferred
Experience working in financial services, particularly within large, regulated institutions.
Familiarity with enterprise document processing concepts, including document ingestion, classification, extraction, and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies.
Exposure to governance, risk, compliance, or information security processes.
