We are currently looking for an experienced AI Architect for an onsite opportunity in Hoboken, NJ.

Position: AI Architect
Location: Hoboken, NJ Onsite
Employment Type: W2

Skill Set

Strong expertise in AI & Machine Learning, including deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, and Microsoft Azure AI services.
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, vector databases, and data governance.
Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
Experience with Python-based data engineering and ML libraries.
Strong understanding of AI architecture, distributed systems, and scalable solutions.

Job Description

Design and implement multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
Develop scalable AI architecture and apply appropriate architectural design patterns.
Design efficient data models to support AI/ML applications.
Monitor and optimize model performance, inference costs, and application latency.
Implement security and compliance measures to protect sensitive data and prevent data leakage.
Develop strategies to mitigate LLM hallucinations and improve model reliability.
Align AI technology decisions with business objectives, technical requirements, and financial constraints.
Guide engineering teams on architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, and project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI solutions and drive successful implementation.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that provide business value.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and implementing AI/ML architectures.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI.
Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Strong cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, and data engineering.
Excellent architecture, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
