Senior Product Manager (Restaurant Technology) W2 only/Local only

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for custom software solutions supporting restaurant operations within a large multi-brand restaurant technology ecosystem.

This role will own a 12 18 month roadmap focused on restaurant operations facing modules, with strong emphasis on revenue management and pricing tools. The ideal candidate has deep experience in QSR, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other multi-location environments and has worked directly with franchise operators and field users.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Drive and manage 12 18 month product roadmap for restaurant operations modules

• Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and elevate store-level team experience

• Prioritize initiatives using data, business impact, and operational insights

Operator & End-User Engagement

• Partner directly with franchisees, operators, and field teams

• Translate real-world operational challenges into scalable technology solutions

• Ensure usability and operational feasibility at store level

Product Delivery & Lifecycle

• Lead full product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, optimization

• Write clear user stories aligned with product strategy

• Manage backlog in Jira

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, demos, retrospectives)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Collaborate with operations, IT, digital, and vendor partners

• Align with peer product managers on domain strategy

Adoption & Continuous Improvement

• Support rollout and adoption initiatives

• Track post-launch performance metrics

• Drive data-driven product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field

• 4+ years of Product Management experience

• Experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-location environments

• Proven experience delivering digital solutions in collaboration with business and IT teams

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working directly with franchise operators or field users
