Role Summary
Seeking a Work Management Product Manager with deep expertise in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Managed Content Services (WF MCP), and CX Enterprise Coworker for a 6-month remote engagement. Prior experience working at Adobe is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will champion Adobe’s "Customer Zero" strategy—leading the Customer Advisory Board (CAB), gathering business requirements, driving product adoption, managing feature backlogs, and serving as a key liaison to product engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include executing beta testing programs, acting as a Workfront System Administrator, and creating adoption metrics and executive reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Advisory Board (CAB) & Feedback Loop: Lead and expand the CAB meeting cadence to synthesize enterprise customer needs, identify emerging work management use cases, and advocate for feature prioritization with product engineering.
* Product Backlog & Solutioning: Consult directly with Workfront, WF MCP, and CX Coworker users to capture functional/non-functional requirements, build agreed workflows, and prioritize the product backlog.
* Rollout, Beta Testing & Enablement: Partner with technical teams to lead beta/early-access feature testing, gather feedback, drive user onboarding, and equip internal teams supporting external prospects.
* System Administration & Ops: Perform hands-on Workfront system administration, including object configuration, submission/resolution of support tickets, and workflow customization.
* Adoption Strategy & Customer Zero Advocacy: Develop adoption frameworks, track business outcomes (efficiency, user engagement), and promote Adobe's internal usage as Customer Zero via webinars, demos, and blog posts.

Required Skills
* Product Management Experience: Proven background in SaaS product management, backlog prioritization, requirement gathering, and user adoption strategy.
* Adobe Workfront Ecosystem: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Adobe Workfront, WF MCP, and CX Coworker solutions.
* System Administration: Hands-on experience as a Workfront System Administrator (object creation, custom forms, ticket troubleshooting).
* Stakeholder Management: Excellent cross-functional leadership, client-facing communication, and executive presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior Adobe Experience: Previous employment or contracting experience directly at Adobe is strongly preferred.
* Experience executing "Customer Zero" product feedback programs or CAB initiatives.
* Familiarity with enterprise digital experience (DEX) platforms and customer marketing workflows.
