* Rollout, Beta Testing & Enablement: Partner with technical teams to lead beta/early-access feature testing, gather feedback, drive user onboarding, and equip internal teams supporting external prospects.
* System Administration & Ops: Perform hands-on Workfront system administration, including object configuration, submission/resolution of support tickets, and workflow customization.
* Adoption Strategy & Customer Zero Advocacy: Develop adoption frameworks, track business outcomes (efficiency, user engagement), and promote Adobe's internal usage as Customer Zero via webinars, demos, and blog posts.
Required Skills
* Product Management Experience: Proven background in SaaS product management, backlog prioritization, requirement gathering, and user adoption strategy.
* Adobe Workfront Ecosystem: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Adobe Workfront, WF MCP, and CX Coworker solutions.
