What you will be responsible for As an Application Developer, you should have
- In depth knowledge on Payment system process and configurations
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong ability to work in fast-paced environment and ability to multitask with ease is essential to the success of this position
- Ability to work with business and end client users to resolve data issues
- Good experience in various payment types like Payments Initiation, Domestic Fund Transfer, CHAPS, Cross Border Payments/SWIFT, Instant or Faster Payments, RTGS, FEDWIRES, and ISO 20022 messaging standard
- Ability to fulfill the Scrum Master role by leading the team in their Agile development process and working to foster a strong continuous improvement culture
- Strong Knowledge on JIRA and reporting.
- Relevant experience with Payments Platform is a must
- Hands-on experience in software testing and agile methodologies.
- Coordinate with other Scrum teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of functional workflows

- Experience in Unix/Linux/Windows Server
- Knowledge of the following high-level programming languages: Java, SQL
- Ability to work independently on tasks
- Be analytical and overly detailed oriented when dealing with technical support issues and IT projects
Education & Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of development experience.
- Experience with Dragonfly and UPF Payments platform
- Exposure to Public Cloud.
Work Requirement - Expected to be in office 4 days a week
- Location - Quincy, MA
Salary Range: $70,000 - $118,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
