Summary

Position Title: Senior Inter Systems Cache/MUMPS Developer

Location: Remote

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years developing systems using Intersystem Cache.
  • A minimum of 10 years in Object and Relational database design.
  • A minimum of 10 years with Cache Web link, connecting a web server to a Cache Database.
  • A minimum of 10 years of development of web-based applications.
  • A minimum of 10 years developing programs using Soundex Software and Search Software America (SSA) and in the customization of configurations of the SSA software to integrate with application needs.
  • A minimum of 10 years with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-oriented Design (OOD).
  • A minimum of 10 years with end user support. This must include Cache client application support.
  • A minimum of 10 years using HTML.
  • A minimum of 10 years with data exchange and web services using HL7.
  • A minimum of 10 years with Mumps coding.
  • A minimum of 10 years with JavaScript.
  • A minimum of 10 years using SQL.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

SERVICE TASKS:

Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

  • Develop code supporting the system per the schedule provided by Department Immunization Business Office in accordance with the standards and requirements provided in Requisite Pro.
  • Research and recommend technical solutions to issues affecting current performance and enhancements to the system as directed by the Department. Recommendations shall be provided in formats that are relevant to the issue being communicated which may include use of Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, and Clear Case.
  • Provide code related to enhancements or corrections to the system to testers via documents within Requisite Pro in collaboration with the Department’s Business Analyst and Project Manager.
  • Evaluate post-testing results provided by the testers with documentation within Requisite Pro as directed by the Department. Review testing findings and report recommendations for all testing findings to the Immunization Business Office via written communication within Requite Pro.
  • Standardize collection and storage of the Department’s Division shared data; profile, laboratory and provider tables as assigned by the Department.
  • Collaborate with Department’s Division information technology teams; Document design and develop plans using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project or other software, to accomplish the Master Person Index project as assigned.
  • Daily, meet with Department technical team to discuss issues that are pertinent with current development, testing, releases or possible enhancement as directed by the Department.
  • Provide a weekly status report to the Department’s Contract Manager detailing all work completed in the reported period.
