We are looking to identify a highly experienced Medicare Sales CRM leader who has successfully led similar initiatives and can serve as a strategic advisor to our business partners. The objective is not only to rebuild our Medicare Sales CRM platform, but to ensure the solution is informed by industry-leading practices, proven operating models, and best-in-class capabilities that drive sales effectiveness, member engagement, and long-term business value.

We are seeking someone who can bring deep domain expertise, challenge conventional approaches, and provide practical recommendations based on real-world experience implementing and optimizing Medicare Sales CRM solutions. This individual would work closely with our business stakeholders to help define the vision, evaluate capabilities, and guide the design of a modern, scalable, and competitive platform.
