Summary

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking experienced Cerner Contract Management Consultants for a fully remote 6+ month contracting opportunity supporting multiple health networks.

Position Details:

Manage master services agreements, statements of work, and change orders within Oracle Health formerly Cerner engagements
Track scope, licensing structures, pricing models, and contract milestones tied to EHR implementations and optimization efforts
Partner with client stakeholders, vendor teams, legal, and procurement to ensure alignment and compliance
Monitor performance obligations, renewals, amendments, and risk exposure within complex health system contracts
Support staff augmentation and consulting agreements specific to Oracle Health projects
Demonstrated contract management experience within Cerner environments
Direct experience supporting Cerner EHR implementations, optimizations, managed services, or CommunityWorks models
Strong understanding of Cerner commercial structures, licensing, and scope governance
Availability for full time engagement at 40 hours per week
Project will be remote for the duration
Must be able to work on a W2 - We are unable to accept any vendor submissions at this time
