Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP MM/WM/SD Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management, Warehouse Management, and Sales & Distribution. This role will support global supply chain operations by driving SAP process optimization, master data governance, inventory management, procurement enhancements, and cross-functional integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP MM along with working knowledge of WM and SD modules, enabling efficient batch management, material planning, procurement execution, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MM/WM/SD solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during implementation and enhancement activities.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
SAP Materials Management (MM)
- Configure and support:

SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)

- Configure and enhance outbound delivery and shipping processes.
- Manage integration between SD, MM, and WM modules.
- Support pricing fundamentals and sales order fulfillment activities.
- Ensure accurate stock availability and allocation for customer orders.
Integration & Data Management
- Manage end-to-end integration between:
- Collaborate with technical teams on:
- Supplier EDI Integration
- Interface Development
- Data Migration Activities
- System Enhancements
- Ensure data consistency across procurement, warehouse, and sales processes.
Testing & Deployment
- Develop and execute:

- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Documentation & Training
- Create process documentation, design documents, and training materials.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with SAP MM and integration with SD and WM.
- Proven expertise in MRP, Batch Management, and Special Procurement processes.
- Experience working within global supply chain environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
