Requirements

5 or more years of experience engineering and maintaining legacy enterprise applications utilizing Oracle WebForms.

Proficiency in database programming leveraging Toad and SQL+ to write complex queries and stored procedures.

Experience with managing and optimizing relational databases utilizing Oracle 11g RDBMS.

Experience with object-oriented development techniques within collaborative, multi-developer environments.

Experience in maintaining and upgrading complex system components for proprietary regulatory applications.

Experience in drafting technical design documentation, implementation plans, and structured test cases.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate testing activities and translate technical modifications to diverse users.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom software additions and enhancements for legacy regulatory applications.

Program database forms, procedures, packages, and underlying objects to optimize overall platform operability.

Formulate detailed technical design documentation, deployment specifications, and project implementation plans.

Coordinate software testing cycles with business users and construct precise scenarios utilizing standardized test templates.

Generate comprehensive weekly status reports detailing completed software modifications and technical narratives.

Create and secure stakeholder approval for high-fidelity user interface mockup screenshots prior to development.

Document codebase alterations meticulously within code blocks, logging developer details, dates, and change rationales.
