Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in Shipping and Logistics processes and hands-on exposure to SAP GTS in logistics-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on logistics execution, transportation, and integration of global trade compliance within shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP projects focused on Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain processes.
Drive the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate shipping and logistics requirements into SAP solutions.
Oversee implementation and integration of SAP modules such as:
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
- SAP TM (Transportation Management)
- SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
Ensure effective integration of SAP GTS within logistics processes, particularly for import/export compliance and shipment processing.
Manage logistics operations including:
- Shipment planning and execution
- Freight and transportation management
- Warehouse and inventory processes
Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
10+ years of SAP experience with 3–5+ years in Project Management roles.
Strong expertise in Shipping and Logistics processes.
Hands-on experience in SAP modules:
- SAP SD, LE, TM, EWM
Working knowledge of SAP GTS, specifically in:
- Supporting import/export processes
- Trade compliance within logistics workflows
- Integration with logistics execution modules
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP projects or rollouts.
Strong understanding of 3PL integrations and logistics systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / Agile certification.
Experience working in global logistics and supply chain environments.
Knowledge of EDI/IDocs and system integrations.
Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, or Semiconductor.
