Digital Product Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Product Designer to join the UX team and help shape the future of the commercial mobile application. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

You will drive user-centered design, contribute to discovery processes, and develop design concepts and prototypes that align with the bank’s Universal Experience Principles.

Key Responsibilities

·         Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams to design user-centric digital experiences.

·         Translate complex functionality into simple, intuitive interfaces.

·         Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

·         Conduct and support user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews.

·         Partner with cross-functional teams to align user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.

·         Work closely with development teams to ensure design integrity through implementation.

·         Advocate for best practices in user experience, accessibility, and design thinking.

·         Share design knowledge and mentor team members where needed.

Required Skills

·         Strong experience with Figma and modern design tools.

·         Experience designing native mobile applications (iOS/Android).

·         Experience working with design systems and design system adoption.

·         Strong understanding of user experience principles, accessibility, and responsive design.

·         Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

·         Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions.

·         Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Nice to Have

·         Prototyping skills beyond Figma.

·         Knowledge of Universal Design for Accessibility.

·         Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

·         Experience with Design Thinking methodologies.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or certification in UX Design, Interaction Design, Experience Design, or a related field.

·         Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
