Job Summary: Talent Senior ServiceNow Developer is in search of an Organisational Change Management Consultant for a contract position in San Diego, CA. The opportunity will be 12 months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead within the Business Optimisation group manages and supports a variety of change management activities, including but not limited to large capital projects primarily focused on process optimisation, IT system enhancements, large-scale deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- The OCM Lead serves as the single point of contact and is responsible and accountable for ensuring the overall success of the OCM work stream.
- The OCM Lead is directly responsible for multiple OCM activities and deliverables at one time.
- This position will lead a small internal team, along with various cross-functional teams, to develop OCM strategy, approach and timeline for the various OCM activities, including change impact and business readiness, training, and communications.
- The OCM Lead will also proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to the project. This position typically leads high-profile projects that directly impact safety, reliability, compliance, asset management, customer service, accounting operations and interfaces with executives.
