Job Description:
Oracle Exadata DBA
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and administer Oracle databases on Exadata platform.
· Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Exadata systems.
· Monitor database performance and optimize for high availability and scalability.
· Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
· Troubleshoot complex database issues and provide root cause analysis.
· Ensure security compliance and manage user access controls.
· Collaborate with application teams for database design and performance tuning.
Required Skills:
· Strong expertise in Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) and Exadata architecture.
· Hands-on experience with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and Golden Gate.
· Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
· Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
· Experience with capacity planning and migration projects
