Role Summary
The Hub Product Owner owns the product vision and roadmap for the Next Gen Hub platform, with a focus on operational outcomes, configurability, and differentiation.

This role goes beyond backlog management. The Product Owner is accountable for ensuring the platform materially improves hub operations, supports scale, and enables a strong market narrative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the Hub platform
  • Translate Ops needs into outcome driven product requirements
  • Ensure workflows are rethought, not replicated
  • Prioritize capabilities that drive time to value and operational leverage
  • Balance foundational platform build with innovation and future state capabilities
  • Partner closely with the Solution Architect to maintain alignment
  • Own backlog prioritization across delivery, innovation, and market asks
  • Support demos, capability articulation, and narrative development

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8 12 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager on enterprise platforms
  • Strong experience with Ops heavy, workflow centric systems
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex stakeholder input into clear priorities
  • Comfort operating in agile, multi team environments
  • Strong executive communication and decision making skills

Required / Preferred Certifications

Required (at least one):

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)
  • PMI ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)

Preferred:

  • Pragmatic Institute Product Management Certification
  • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Platform App Builder
  • Design Thinking or Human Centered Design certification (IDEO, LUMA, etc.)
