Position : Core S/4 SD OTC Lead Functional with Strong AMS Support : Only USA
Location : Plano Texas (Onsite / Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Configure and support the full Order to Cash (OTC) cycle:
o Sales order management (Inquiry Quotation Order)
o Delivery processing & shipping
o Billing & invoicing (FI integration)
o Pricing, taxes, surcharges, discounts
o ATP checks & delivery scheduling
o Credit management (ECC classic or FSCM)
Perform setup of:
o Sales document types, item categories, and schedule lines
o Copy controls, partner determination, text procedures
o Output determination (SAPScript/SmartForms/Adobe based)
o Master data: customer master, customer-material info records, condition master

Implementation Responsibilities
Participate in one or more end-to-end SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations:
o Requirements gathering and Fit Gap / Fit to Standard workshops
o To Be process design and blueprint documentation
o Configuration in SAP SD and cross module dependencies
o Functional Specifications for WRICEF objects
o Integration testing (SIT), UAT support, and defect resolution
o Cutover planning, master data validation, and go live support
Work closely with:
o Technical teams (ABAP)
o Logistics teams (MM/PP)
o Finance team (FI-AR)

AMS (Support) Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support across all SD/OTC processes.
Resolve:
o High/medium priority incidents
o Service requests (SRs)
o Problem tickets (RCA)
o Change requests (CRs)
Improve ticket KPIs:
o SLA based closures
o Low reopen rate
o Backlog reduction
Prepare SOPs, KT documents, FAQs, and reusable test cases.

Cross Functional / Integration Responsibilities
Integrate SD with:
o FI for billing accounting postings
o MM for third party and intercompany processes
o PP for MTO (Make to Order) scenarios
o WM/EWM for picking, putaway, stock availability
Support IDoc/ALE, EDI, and interface troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Security team for roles/authorization issues.
