🔥 Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior React Frontend Developer with strong experience building responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript, REST APIs, Jest, React Testing Library, Jenkins, and Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards.
Experience supporting government or enterprise applications is highly preferred.
💻 Required Technical Skills
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive and scalable applications using React.js.
Build reusable and maintainable React components.
Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Manage application state using Redux.
Develop unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
Optimize frontend performance using code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and other best practices.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code-quality standards.
Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, QA, product, and business teams.
Support Agile/Scrum development processes.
Utilize Git and Jenkins CI/CD for source control and deployments.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

📌 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of frontend development experience.
Strong React.js and JavaScript experience.
Strong understanding of accessibility and Section 508/WCAG requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
