We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
.Net Software Engineer to join a front-office investment management technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions that support critical business functions. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack development expertise with a passion for building scalable applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving software delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Build and support microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven solutions that enable scalable and reliable business capabilities.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with business partners, product teams, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Support application performance, reliability, and ongoing enhancements.
- Contribute to solution design, code reviews, testing, and production support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience using C#/.NET.
- Experience developing service-based applications, microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with Angular and/or React, REST, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with relational database development using SQL Server and/or Oracle.
- Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Cloud Foundry.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer focus, ownership mindset, and commitment to delivering business value.
