Summary

Role: Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI (Python / LangGraph / LangChain)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday to Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday)
Duration: Long Term

 

Required Skills

  • Mandatory: Python, LangGraph, LangChain, Agentic AI development.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and working knowledge of Java; Spring Boot is optional.
  • Hands-on experience developing 2+ AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
  • Prompt Engineering, Tool/Function Calling, Multi-Agent Orchestration, RAG, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS).
  • REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
  • Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, including Java/Spring Boot microservices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
  • Build multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and LLM-based solutions.
  • Develop AI services/APIs using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Integrate AI agents with Java/Spring Boot microservices through REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Implement prompt engineering, agent memory, tool calling, and orchestration.
  • Deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions supporting customer journeys on aa.com.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
  • Agent evaluation, tracing, and observability.
  • Production AI applications at enterprise scale.
  • Airline or travel industry experience.
