Job Details

*60% Business Development & 40% "doer" role*
Responsibilities
  • Lead drainage and stormwater design for transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roadways, interchanges, bridges, and multimodal facilities.
  • Perform hydraulic analyses, stormwater management design, pond siting evaluations, and bridge hydraulic studies.
  • Manage permitting efforts and coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management across multiple assignments.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering staff.
  • Support client development activities and represent the firm at industry events as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
  • 10+ years of transportation drainage, stormwater, or water resources engineering experience.
  • Experience delivering transportation projects for state and local transportation agencies.
  • Strong expertise in drainage design, hydraulic analysis, stormwater management, and permitting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and complex engineering projects.
  • Valid driver's license.
