Solution IT Inc. is looking for OCM Finance Specialist for one of its clients in Remote

Job Title: OCM Finance Specialist

Summary:

The Organizational Change Management Finance Specialist partners with the OCM Lead and Cross functional teams to ensure alignment, track progress, and enable smooth, successful change adoption. Executes key OCM activities, including, but not limited to: impact analysis, communications, training, and readiness assessments for Finance workstreams.

Required Skills

  • Required: BA/BS in Finance, Math, Science, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Finance and Operations, and Organizational Change Management.
  • Experience supporting project teams in a Finance / Matrix organization
  • Experience driving initiatives tied to cultural change
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading the design and implementing of OCM strategies.
  • Able to develop and communicate compelling messages.
  • Excellent analytical, business & strategic skills.
  • Technical understanding with the ability to translate into non-technical language.
  • Effectively lead meetings and communicate project statissues to management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint are Key)
  • Extensive attention to detail, documentation, and traceability ability to define and monitor detailed, project deliverables, risks, issues and action items and work with the team to drive them to completion.

Work Site: Remote (Up to 25% travel to Greenville, NC or Las Vegas, NV)

Duration: 12 Months + possible extension

Expected Start Date: Immediate
