Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring responsive communication and high-quality service.
  • Oversee and mentor staff, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Research complex tax issues and prepare clear recommendations and memoranda.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws while identifying planning opportunities.
  • Drive workflow management, including scheduling, budgeting, and meeting key deadlines.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and client expansion.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA license required.
  • 5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
