Job Title: Data Scientist

Introduction:

Data Scientists play a crucial role in designing, developing, and operationalizing AI/ML solutions within a team. They are responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI systems and integrating GenAI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference
• Implement Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Integrate AI models into applications via APIs and microservices
• Apply MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product teams
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work on cloud-based deployments (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform)
• Support governance, explainability, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience with GenAI
• Knowledge of LLM (Large Language Models)
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Ability to work with SQL databases

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with MLOps practices
• Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines
• Knowledge of model explainability and governance
• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments
