Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Technical Developer (Techno-Functional) with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and deep functional understanding of Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor.

This role is 70% functional and 30% technical, requiring hands-on experience in HCM technical tools along with the ability to support payroll processes end-to-end.

Must Have Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • HCM Extracts
    • Fast Formulas (critical)
    • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM APIs
    • Redwood UI pages / HCM configurations
  • Solid functional knowledge of:
    • Payroll (mandatory)
    • Benefits
    • Absence
    • Time & Labor (OTL)
Key Responsibilities Functional (Primary 70%)
  • Support and manage end-to-end payroll processing, including:
    • Running payroll
    • Troubleshooting payroll issues
    • Supporting payroll administrators and business users
  • Gather and analyze functional requirements across:
    • Payroll
    • Benefits
    • Absence and Time & Labor
  • Configure and support HCM functional setups
  • Design and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and absence processes
  • Assist users during payroll runs and resolve issues in real time
Technical (30%)
  • Develop and maintain:
    • HCM Extracts
    • HDL data loads (inbound data integrations)
    • OIC integrations using HCM REST/SOAP APIs
  • Build and support:
    • Redwood pages / UI enhancements
    • Custom reports and data extracts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve:
    • Data load issues
    • Integration errors
    • System defects
Testing & Support
  • Participate in:
    • SIT / UAT testing cycles
    • Patch testing and regression testing
  • Provide post go-live support and production issue triage
  • Work closely with functional users and technical teams
Education Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology
    • Or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or support projects
  • Strong understanding of payroll cycles, balances, and reconciliation
  • Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders
