Summary

Job Title: SyteLine Functional Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Candidate should have strong Functional knowledge of SyteLine application (v 8.03.11, 9.01.02, 9.01.11, CSI 10.0.0.515)
Excellent business process and domain knowledge
Understanding of the system architecture and underlying technology to design custom solutions
Good documentation skills
Understanding of application support processes

Roles and Responsibilities
Incidents analysis and resolution
Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope
Documentation (Detailed design document, FDD, Test plan, test cases, test results, user manuals, work instructions, etc)
Timely update ticket information on the ticket management portal.
Communicate with business users, process owners and customer IT team for various reasons

Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stake holders
Excellent oral and written communication"
