Job Description:

• Business Analyst / Data Analyst
• Treasury Transformation

Role Overview:

• Support Treasury Transformation and Balance Sheet and Interest Rate Risk Management initiatives within Client Corporate Treasury.
• The role will analyze data from multiple banking and financial systems, support data migrations, identify variances and anomalies, and document processes and validation results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, validate, and reconcile data from loans, credit cards, investment banking, market data, brokerage, and other financial systems.
• Identify data patterns, anomalies, variances, and potential issues.
• Support transitions from non-strategic to strategic data sources.
• Provide data and requirements to business and technology teams.
• Document processes, changes, decisions, testing, and validation results.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and create/manage Jira stories.
• Communicate proactively, raise questions or issues promptly, and work independently.
• Support analyst testing and complex processes where clear communication is critical.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data management.
• Strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data, identify anomalies, and document findings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in treasury, finance, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with Python, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Jira, or data migration projects.
• Previous relevant Client experience.
• Familiarity with Copilot and other data-analysis tools.

Hiring and Location Details:

• Approximately 6 to 7 openings.
• Positions will include a mix of Level 4 and Level 5 roles.
• Location: Charlotte Uptown.
• Contractors are expected to work onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
• Hiring Manager: Vikram Gupta, based in San Francisco.
• Vikram's direct report, David Rice, is based in Charlotte and will be the local contact.
• Contractors will sit near David Rice in the Charlotte office.
• Interviews will be conducted onsite.

Pay Range: $XXX - $XXX

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
