Full-time experience in global admin responsibilities in a similar environment. This candidate must possess comprehensive expertise in administering, configuring, and deploying the full Microsoft stack. The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and related technologies. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, managing network servers, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. Additionally, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing the company's Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service. Duties/Responsibilities: Ensure security through configuration and management of Azure Entra access controls and the Microsoft Defender Administration Console. Setup and support Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and security policies. Coach IT support resources on the utilization of Intune for device and application provisioning, and Mobile Device Management. Install, configure and maintain physical servers, virtual servers, Azure cloud services, software, hardware, and networks. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Architect system alerts and help respond to system and end-user issues. Perform "root cause analysis" when the Service Desk escalates problems/tickets and implement recommended improvements to address systemic level issues. Travel to branch offices to provide on-site user and network support, provision new offices, and de-commission closing offices. Prepare and publish self-help documentation for IT support reference and common "how to" problems into the knowledge base. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians and new team members. Collaborate with IT team members onsite and remotely to build and maintain positive, productive team relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation and enhance service delivery. Required Skills/Experience: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Entra/Defender Strong working knowledge of M365 with administration experience Proficient with InTune - config/setup, deployment, MDM, policies, etc. Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Advanced technical skills and credentials, including network administration, system administration, and cloud administration (e.g., MCSE, MC Azure Solutions Architect). Strong working knowledge of Active Directory - ability to create/modify/disable accounts. Proven mastery of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server and SQL Server. Passionate about technology and learning new technologies. Experience with environments of 800 users or more preferred. Strong teamwork skills to foster professional and positive relationships within the team. Excellent documentation and organizational skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with the following technologies: o MS Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. o Microsoft Teams, Outlook/Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. o Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop Services. o Meraki network devices, including Switches, Firewalls, and WAPs. o Wi-Fi / VPN / Mobile Access. o Service Now ticket management and Autotask Datto Kaseya for RMM o Proofpoint Email/SPAM filtering.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree and/or work towards a bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is highly desired. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Microsoft Certified Professional and A+ certification preferred. Certified Network Associate credential is a plus. Travel Demands: Valid state driver's license in good standing. Occasional (once a month or less) overnight travel to branch offices. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Pay and Benefits
