Pay Range: $70 - $75/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, operate, and maintain MCP servers, including secure authentication, secrets management, observability, and least-privilege access controls
- Build and optimize RAG-based conversational AI systems using cloud-native services (e.g., OpenSearch or equivalent)
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows with guardrails, audit trails, and safe execution patterns
- Integrate Generative AI into test automation pipelines for dynamic test generation and intelligent validation
- Translate AI prototypes into production-ready cloud architectures using services such as API Gateway, Lambda, S3, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, and KMS
- Ensure end-to-end security, compliance, logging, and traceability across all AI systems
- Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to support scalable and compliant deployments
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; MCP, Python, RAG, AWS and production-grade AI systems
- This role is highly technical and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on MCP, Python, AWS, and production-grade AI systems.
- 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering
- Strong Python skills with experience building production services
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI systems
- Experience deploying and operating MCP servers and AI-driven bots
- Solid experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms, including serverless and managed services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation
- Experience implementing structured logging, monitoring, and observability in distributed systems
- Security-first mindset with experience building compliant, auditable systems.
