Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer basic aspects of IT Infrastructure services related to trading partner file transfers and job automation.
- Assist in the design and optimization of IT administration tasks, including configuration management and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues across various service impact tiers.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce waste.
- Monitor, test, analyze, and evaluate the existing infrastructure environment for optimization.
- Produce documentation on operational runbooks and technology concepts.
- Comply with all policies and standards while performing other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 0 – 2 years of related experience.
- Experience with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., writing macros).
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to have: Experience in the healthcare industry.
