Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and drive the design and development of robust software solutions using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement and oversee comprehensive testing strategies for applications, ensuring alignment with high quality and performance standards.
• Manage and optimize database systems using Oracle DB, MySQL, and Oracle Exadata, providing advanced expertise in data architecture and performance tuning.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior team members, and advocate for continuous improvement practices within the team.

Expected Outcomes:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of advanced software development principles and methodologies within the first 6 months.
• Make significant contributions to team projects, showcasing expertise in required technologies by the end of the first year.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies):

• Extensive knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in database technologies including Oracle DB, Oracle Exadata, MySQL, and SQL.
• Strong effective communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to initiatives and team management.
• A strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, with a proven track record of applying them effectively.
