Required Qualifications

• 84 months of experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs through JAD sessions, requirements elicitation sessions, interviews, user stories, and As-Is/To-Be process documentation, translating them into validated functional and non-functional requirements.

• 84 months of experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts, including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.

• 84 months of experience facilitating requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs to ensure requirements are clearly understood and communicated.

• 72 months of experience creating test plans and test cases, coordinating defect resolution with development teams, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• 72 months of experience managing the requirements lifecycle, including requirements management plans, traceability, baselines, and change control.

• 36 months of experience working on healthcare applications, including patient records, billing and finance, or human resources systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 24 months of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Developer certification.

Preferred Skills

• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and enterprise application development environments.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams throughout the SDLC.
