Overview:

We are looking for a Web & Creative Specialist who can blend design and development to create engaging digital experiences. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining websites and digital assets while ensuring strong visual storytelling and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages
Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and digital content
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with brand strategy
Maintain and update website content, ensuring consistency and performance
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility
Translate business requirements into creative design solutions
Work with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) for content updates and management
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Required Skills:

Strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization
