Title: Agile Tools Administrator
Location: Memphis, TN (Remote)

Job Summary
As a Tooling Administrator, you will serve as our primary platform expert, system configurations lead, and integration specialist for our enterprise Agile delivery tools.
Your primary focus will be the hands-on administration, optimization, and scaling of Digital.ai Agility (VersionOne), with secondary administrative support and workflow design in Planview AgilePlace (LeanKit).

 

Required Skills & Qualifications
Platform Expertise
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator configuring and managing Digital.ai Agility (formerly VersionOne).
  • Hands-on experience administering and structuring Planview AgilePlace (formerly LeanKit).
  • Strong background using REST APIs, SQL queries, JavaScript, JSON, and web-based enterprise integration platforms to connect software systems.
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (e.g., Git) to support development operations.
  • Strong debugging, testing, and system-level troubleshooting skills to resolve end-user technical issues and API failures.
