RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Platforms Project Manager III in Newport Beach, CA.

Summary:
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical fluency and is comfortable engaging in discussions regarding system architecture, integration patterns, platform interactions, and enterprise data flows. While not expected to function as an architect or engineer, you must be capable of challenging assumptions, validating technical approaches, understanding delivery implications, and partnering effectively with technical teams to ensure successful outcomes. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery success, including project execution, production readiness, operational transition, adoption, supportability, and long-term platform stability.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives supporting Managed File Transfer, Integration Services, Document Management, API Enablement, and broader platform modernization efforts
* Drive strategic programs that span multiple technology teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and enterprise platforms while ensuring delivery outcomes align with long-term operational and business objectives; This role requires more than traditional project coordination
* Serve as a technical delivery leader responsible for managing complex dependencies, facilitating alignment across architecture, engineering, operations, and business teams, and translating technical complexity into actionable plans and executive-level communications
* Proactively identify risks, gaps, and delivery challenges, drive resolution of systemic issues, and help teams navigate complex implementation decisions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of project management, program management, technical program management, or technology delivery experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives
* Demonstrated success delivering complex technology programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders within large enterprise environments
* Experience in at least two of the following areas: API platforms and API management; Enterprise integration of architecture and services; Managed File Transfer platforms; Document and content management systems; Enterprise data flows and system integrations; Platform modernization, migration, or consolidation initiatives
* Experience partnering directly with architects, engineers, operations teams, platform owners, and technical leaders to deliver complex solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, gaps, dependencies, operational concerns, and delivery challenges early
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
* Proven ability to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across highly matrixed organizations
* Ability to understand system architecture, integration patterns, platform interactions, technical dependencies, and enterprise data flows

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
