As they continue to scale our enterprise financial platforms, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with dedicated nCino expertise to join their core technology team.     Position Summary

    As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and deployment of complex Salesforce and nCino solutions supporting their commercial and retail banking sectors. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional technology teams to build scalable, secure, and compliant applications on the Salesforce platform, specifically optimizing our commercial lending and account opening workflows through nCino.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enterprise Development: Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and advanced declarative automation.

    • nCino Implementation: Configure, customize, and extend the nCino Bank Operating System, including Loan Lifecycle, Commercial Origination, Customer Relationship Management, and Document Management features.

    • System Integration: Architect and build secure integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and critical banking core systems, middleware, and third-party financial APIs.

    • Platform Security & Compliance: Ensure all developments adhere to strict financial regulatory standards, data governance policies, and banking compliance requirements.

    • Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, enforce design patterns, maintain robust CI/CD deployment pipelines, and mentor junior team members on both Salesforce and nCino best practices.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    < data-path-to-node=13>Professional Experience:
    • Salesforce Core: Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within a complex ecosystem.

    • nCino Expertise: Proven, hands-on development and configuration experience within the nCino Bank Operating System is strictly mandatory.

    • Banking Domain: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience working within a large, enterprise-scale regional banking environment. Deep familiarity with commercial lending workflows, security parameters, and financial data structures is required.

    • Work Zone: Must reside and operate strictly within the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT).

    Candidates must possess a combination of the following active certifications:

    • nCino Commercial Banking Certification or equivalent nCino developer path

    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI)

    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) highly preferred

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator

    < data-path-to-node=18>Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

    • Strong understanding of nCino data models, configuration (UI, credit memo, product catalog), and administration.

    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a significant plus.

    • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and enterprise integration patterns.

    • Experience with DevOps tools and deployment pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset, SFDX, Git).
