We are seeking experienced Scala & Golang Developers to join our team in Mclean/Richmond, VA. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in both Scala and Golang, as well as experience with event-driven architectures and large-scale financial platforms. Frontend experience is a plus, but the primary focus will be on backend development and system design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Scala and Golang
• Work on event-driven architectures and large-scale financial platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement internal platform migrations
• Create efficient and reusable code for optimal system performance
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
